Yeguada Mendoza Cadema excels in ANCCE Young Horse Selection, showcasing six PRE horses with impressive results across categories.

On August 24th and 25th, the Hípica El Pedregal located in Náquera (Valencia) hosted the Young Horse Selection Tests organized by ANCCE for PRE horses.

Yeguada Mendoza Cadema presented no less than six horses, being the PRE stud farm with the greatest representation in this show.

All the horses achieved good results in their respective categories:

4 years-old level:

March CAD (Quito IV – Jumilla CAD) ridden by Raúl Arcos, got the first position both days. In the Preliminary test he obtained a mark of 75,400% highlighting a 7.7 in walk, while the result of the Final test was 76,200% with a 7.7 in submission. She also obtained the ANCCE Cup medal. In the same test, Verdi CAD (Jinete IX – Traviata CAD) ridden by Marta Martínez, tied for first position on the first day (75,400%), achieving a 7.8 in walk, and the third place on the second day with an average of 74,800%.

6 years-old level:

Mastil CAD (Quito IV) ridden by Raúl Arcos, achieved his best result with a third position in the Preliminary test with an average of 74,200% and 7.9 for the walk. Oliva CAD (Doblon-TR – Traviata CAD) with the same rider, also obtained a third position, in this case in the Final test with a total average of 74,000%.

7 years-old level

At the highest level of this show, Olé CAD (Maestro XXII) ridden by Raúl Arcos also won the ANCCE Cup medal. He won the Preliminary test with an average of 71,218%, highlighting his technical average of 68,036%. The Final test was won by Corsaria CAD (Maestro XXII), Olé’s sister, that ridden by María Gómez, achieved a mark of 70,000%, and a technical average of 68,000%.
